Privacy Policy details we collect customers names and addresses and do pass this on to our courier company for delivery purposes only . We do not disclose or pass on this information to any third parties.
Delivery Policy is we will email confirmation of receipt of payment and typically stocked items are delivered in five business days and non stocked items within 10 business days.
Refund Policy is we will refund in full if goods are returned in the same condition as delivered. Our policies are in accordance with consumer law pertaining to defects and faulty goods.

Custom Orders

There is no exchange or refund on all orders specifically ordered in from overseas for clients. The balance for invoices on ordered from overseas must be paid within 14 days of arrival into country. Storage charges may apply after this. Any invoices not paid within 30 days will lead to cancellation of order and loss of deposit.

Once tiles arrive they have to be delivered after seven days or storage fees may apply

Terms & Conditions – Risk of Loss

All items purchased from directpooltiles.com.au are made pursuant to a delivery contract which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.

We strongly advise clients to double check their measurements as if do not order enough tiles for your project, subsequent supply
of the same colour code may slightly vary from batch to batch and may not be an exact match. It is clients responsibility to check
second orders prior to laying as we accept no responsibility for differences in batches on different orders.

We sell many types of tiles for many purposes and only recommend that tiles are applied with epoxy grout in swimming pools.
We sell dot mounted and plastic film mounted tiles which we do sell as being fit for purpose in the use of swimming pools. If mesh tiles are selected we strongly recommend clients do their own testing prior to laying if they are not using epoxy grout.

DPTI cannot guarantee tiles that are installed due to the many factors that can cause tiles falling off such as the lack of expansion joints, using the wrong adhesive, not waterproofing the concrete mixture correctly, incorrect installation.

Balinese stone and tiles are a natural stone and variations occur no liability accepted for discolourations caused after laying by water or chemicals which includes any marks that may appear on the stone

Gold tiles can be used in water however there is no liability accepted for discolouration or any other damage to the tile caused by exposure to chemicals in the water. Prolonged exposure to chemicals may cause a deterioation in appearance of the tile. It is recommended gold pool tiles are used in water systems that do not use chemicals.

Deposit on all sales is required to confirm the order

No Claim is recognised after tiles have been laid. Any faulty tiles will be replaced but this must be before laying. Glass tiling is very specialised and it is responsibility of purchaser to ensure they are laid correctly by an experienced tiler. The correct preparation and tiling aspects are the responsibility of the tiler as substrate movement can cause glass tiles to fracture.

Glass tiles require specific adhesives and grout additives and it is important to make sure your tiler uses the appropriate adhesive and grout additives.

Responsibility of the purchaser to ensure correct preparation, adhesive and laying of tiles. If incorrectly laid tiles will not be replaced if issues caused after laying.

Variations in colour and shade are inherent in all clay fired products.
Tiles must be checked by customer as to colour before laying.
No responsibility taken for the estimation of shortages or excess on orders, and returns based on wrong estimates are not accepted. All efforts will be made to supply you a matching tile from the same batch.

Balinese stone is a soft stone which means when they are cut there are variations in tile thickness and size from 3mm to 10mm variations on tiles from 50mm to 100mm. Custom cut sizes cannot be exchanged for different sizes or returned for a refund.

All estimates must be verified on site by customer when placing the order Delivery

The delivery fee includes unloading of tiles in the driveway to job address if it is accessible. Further cartage over 2meters distance from driveway or up stairs is not included. In most cases a pallet will be crane unloaded or boxes unloaded in the driveway, further cartage of tile boxes to the rear of property is not included in the delivery fee.
